You will learn so much\, not just about yourself\, but about how to integrate Ayurvedic philosophy into your life\, food\, and relationships. You will get an idea of how she cured herself of cancer through going back to her Indian roots and embracing a life and way conducive to cleansing\, healing and ongoing health\, of both body and mind. And… you will get to share an ayurvedic feast with us afterwards! (Bring your own spirits).
